I love creating pet portraits on my iPad. I make them by hand using digital versions of traditional media like digital paint and paintbrushes, digital spray paint, and digital watercolors along with digital effects like grids and dot patterns (see examples in listing photos).

▶︎ Reference photos for portraits with more than one pet - I can combine your pets into one portrait even if you submit separate photos of them, but only if they are all looking/standing in a similar way. Head shots where they are all looking straight at the camera are best. Basically, it needs to end up Iooking somewhat believable that they're sitting or standing next to each other even though I combined them from separate photos.

· Pets do not need to be in the same photo, but they need to be all looking at the camera.
· Headshots are preferred, but I can use full body poses as well.
· It will take me 3-10 days to create your portrait depending on my schedule. When you purchase, you're automatically next in line in my queue.

Print Packaging & Shipping
I ship with USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on the weight. I package my fine art prints in clear archival poly bags. Then, depending on the size, I either ship the print rolled securely in a tube or laying flat in a bubble pack envelope with rigid mat board supports. All orders are insured and will be replaced if damaged during shipping (but this rarely happens!). You will receive a tracking # when your order ships.
Painting Packaging & Shipping
I ship with USPS Priority Mail or Fedex depending on size. I package my original paintings with extra care. Each painting is wrapped in a layer of foam wrap. After which, it is sandwiched between two sheets of cardboard and secured with tape. This cardboard/painting packet is then wrapped with bubble wrap. It is placed in a heavy duty cardboard box that has at least 2 inches of space around the painting where I add more bubble wrap and/or bubble bags. All orders are insured. I've shipped all over the world and never had a painting damaged in transit (knock on wood!), but if it were to happen, I could paint another similar piece to replace it or refund the order total. You will receive a tracking # when your order ships.

I make each print as it is purchased. So, if you need a print with specific dimensions that I don't offer in my listings, I'm happy to provide a custom print that will fit your frame or wall space. Please contact krystle@krystlecole.com to order. Prices will vary depending on size.

International Shipping Times & Import Taxes
I offer worldwide shipping to countries outside the USA. I ship paper prints with First Class mail, which usually takes from 3-5 weeks to arrive. If you are purchasing my canvas prints, please note that I will most likely use a professional print company in your region to fulfill the order rather than making the print myself and shipping from the USA. This helps you get the print faster (usually 2-3 weeks from the time you order) and for less shipping cost.
International shipments may be subject to VAT import tax; if applicable, you (the purchasers) are responsible for paying it. You will receive a tracking # so you can track your package, and the package will be insured.
