My painting entitled Between is about the artificial space that we put between us. As humans, we look somewhat different from each other, but we are all made of the same basic components - oxygen, carbon, hydrogen and nitrogen. And we are all part of nature, each day co-creating this reality together. I often wonder why we so easily step in to the "us vs them" mentality. Shouldn't it be just as easy to see the world from a "we are all one" perspective?
I painted Between in 2016. The painting is signed on the front. The edges/sides are painted. It is also wired and ready to hang.
